Community Health Network Celebrates Opening of New Westfield Clinic

Community Health Network officially opened the doors to its new Westfield family medicine and pediatric clinic with a ribbon-cutting ceremony attended by Community Health leadership, the Westfield Chamber of Commerce, project partners, and members of the design and construction team.

Elevatus was proud to join in celebrating the completion of the 10,070-square-foot clinic, which brings expanded access to primary and pediatric healthcare to one of the fastest-growing communities in the Indianapolis region.

Designed to provide convenient, patient-centered care, the clinic offers same-day access to family medicine and pediatric services in a welcoming environment tailored to meet the needs of local families. While the finished space feels effortless for patients and providers, its creation required innovative problem-solving behind the scenes.

The project involved transforming a shell space not originally intended for healthcare use into a highly efficient medical office. Working directly with Community Health’s in-house project management team, Elevatus helped maximize every square foot of the facility, achieving the health system’s desired exam room count while maintaining an inviting and comfortable patient experience.

At Elevatus, we are honored to partner with healthcare providers like Community Health Network to create spaces that support exceptional care and strengthen the communities they serve. We congratulate Community Health on this important milestone and look forward to the positive impact the Westfield clinic will have for years to come.
