South Central Community School Corporation Celebrates Building Project Completion

“South Central is the hub of the community, and this facility gives our students and neighbors a place to learn, connect, and thrive.” – Superintendent Ben Anderson
South Central Community School Corporation celebrated the ribbon cutting of its new Student Activity Center, part of the district’s Building Project.
Designed by Elevatus Architecture and built by Tonn & Blank Construction, the project reflects input from school leaders, staff, and the community. Alongside the activity center, the work included new classrooms, a renovated library, updated locker rooms and restrooms, a resurfaced track, and other campus upgrades.
Superintendent Anderson called it “a much-needed space for athletics, academics, and community events” and noted that “many of the skilled hands who worked on this project are South Central graduates.”
With the ribbon cut, these new and renovated spaces are ready to serve students, staff, and neighbors for years to come.
