Elevatus featured in Correctional News article on Indiana state prison construction team

Trust is earned. Confidence is built. Experience makes it possible.

These qualities shaped every step of the new Northwest Indiana Correctional Facility, Indiana’s largest correctional project to date. Elevatus Architecture was proud to work with the Build Westville team, which includes F.A. Wilhelm Construction, Granger Construction, and Garmong Construction. Alongside the Indiana Department of Correction and the Indiana Department of Administration, this team approached the project with shared goals and a strong spirit of collaboration.

This wasn’t just about delivering a new facility. It was about designing with purpose, building trusted relationships, and creating long-term value for the state.

Our justice design team brought decades of experience to the table. We understand how these environments need to work for staff, operations, and rehabilitation. That knowledge helped shape a modern, secure, and efficient facility that will serve Indiana well into the future.
