This school plans for a learning space for 1,000-plus students nestled on an 80-acre property, where it will blend beautifully with the natural terrain, a “Main Street” design theme that will provide ready access to all academic neighborhoods, an auditorium, a gymnasium, dining facilities, and lab programs for culinary and physical therapy, security and safety provisions that include giving administrators and office personnel clear sight lines to all entrances and exists used by students, staff, and the public (thanks also to that “Main Street” design), and several athletic fields surrounding the facility in a way that gives students simple and direct access.
The design team at Elevatus Architecture created an extensive fly-through 3D model for presentations as well as materials to market this unique and exciting initiative. We’ve also taken the lead here in visioning, programming, facility design, and incorporating CTE lab foci, sharing our intent for the space with partnering consultants.
