A Testament to Our Culture: Friendly Competition Drives Meaningful Impact

Healthier Moms & Babies supports families across Northeast Indiana by providing essential items like diapers and wipes, distributing more than 750,000 diapers each year. This year’s community-wide drive included over 100 participating businesses, all working together to meet a critical need.

At Elevatus, that effort came to life through a friendly competition between our 4th and 5th floors. Led by Senior Partners Tom Salzer and Cory Miller, the challenge brought energy across the office as both teams rallied donations and encouraged participation.

Together, we collected 13,650 diapers and 21,808 wipes, filling three SUVs for delivery—a clear reflection of what this team can accomplish.

The Diaper Drive Challenge was launched in 2021 by Elevatus Marketing Administrator Kourtney Teegardin and has continued to grow in both participation and impact each year.

What started as a fun competition became a meaningful team effort to support families in our community. We’re proud of what our team accomplished and grateful to everyone who contributed.
