Build Westville Supports Westville Schools Through Operation Backpack

Build Westville, which includes F.A. Wilhelm Construction, Garmong Construction, and Granger Construction, partnered with Elevatus Architecture and MH Group to support this year’s Operation Backpack for Westville Schools in Westville, Indiana.

While working on the future Northwest Indiana Correctional Facility, the team, led by Shane Buck, Electrical Superintendent with Granger Construction, raised $4,700 in donations, matched 100 percent by Build Westville. The funds provided classroom supplies, cleaning products, and sports equipment for the school.

Team members and local students helped deliver the donations, filling the halls with much-needed items. Presley Fortino, Team 3 Intern from Granger Construction, is also leading a food drive for Westville United Methodist Church, supporting its pantry, meal services, and summer lunch program.

Supporting the communities where we work is an important part of our mission. Efforts like Operation Backpack help make lives better and strengthen the places we serve.
